United Limousine and Charter was founded in 2004 with only two limousines – a number which has since grown to twentyfive. The founder of the company, Mr. Jacobian, founded ULC based on a few simple principles:

• The limos must be fun vehicles the entire family could enjoy, with great features such as Karaoke, gaming systems, poker tables, and high end sound systems.
• The drivers of these limousines must be friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable about the area’s nightlife.
• The service must be affordable, but without losing any of the class and style customers expect from a limousine service.

The construction process of ULC’s limousines in one of the reasons we are is so special. Based on advice from clients and drivers, new limos are constantly being born. ULC designs and custom builds all of their vehicles. From the drawing board to when the vehicle is shipped, the construction process is entirely overseen by ULC’s staff. This is the reason that so many of ULC’s vehicles will not be seen anywhere else.

ULC is now active members of the National Limousine Association and Greater California Livery Association, and is very active in the community through the March of Dimes and Make A Wish Foundation.
